Dripmaxx Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and NextMVP Solutions LLC for the use of the Dripmaxx app. By creating an account or using the app, you accept them.

Eligibility & account

You must be at least 13 years old. You're responsible for your account credentials and for what happens under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current.

Subscriptions

• Dripmaxx requires a paid subscription ("Pro"), purchased through the App Store or Google Play as an auto-renewing subscription.
• Where offered, a free trial converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.
• Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store / Google Play subscription settings — deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Payments, renewals and refunds are handled by Apple/Google under their terms; refund requests go through them.
• Prices may change; changes apply at the next renewal, with notice as required.

Your content

You own the content you put into Dripmaxx (including your photos). You grant us the limited license needed to operate the product: storing, syncing, and processing that content — including sending it to our AI providers — solely to provide the features to you. We never use your content for advertising and never sell it.

AI outputs

Suggestions generated by the app are automated and provided as-is. They can be wrong or incomplete, and are not professional advice of any kind.

Acceptable use

Don't abuse the service: no unlawful content, no reverse engineering, no scraping or reselling access, no attempts to break or overload our systems, and no uploading content you have no right to use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Intellectual property

The app, its design, and its software are ours or our licensors' and are protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on your devices.

Termination

You can stop using Dripmaxx and delete your account at any time in Settings. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these terms; sections that by nature survive (your content license ending, disclaimers, liability limits) survive termination.

Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NextMVP Solutions LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which NextMVP Solutions LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new date. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
