Email [email protected] with what happened, your device model,
and screenshots if you have them. A human reads everything.
Common tasks
- Restore purchases — Settings → Restore purchases (use the same
Apple ID / Google account you bought with).
- Manage or cancel your subscription — App Store / Google Play
subscription settings. Deleting the app doesn't cancel it.
- Move to a new phone — install Dripmaxx, sign in, and everything
restores from your account.
- Delete your data or account — Settings → "Delete all my data" or
"Delete my account". Deletion is immediate and permanent.
