These terms are an agreement between you and NextMVP Solutions LLC for the use of the RoundAtlas app. By creating an account or using the app, you accept them.
You must be at least 13 years old. You're responsible for your account credentials and for what happens under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current.
You own the content you put into RoundAtlas. You grant us the limited license needed to operate the product: storing, syncing, and processing that content solely to provide the features to you. We never use your content for advertising and never sell it.
Course names and green geometry are sourced from OpenStreetMap and delivered through the RoundAtlas course service. © OpenStreetMap contributors (ODbL 1.0). This data remains subject to the Open Database License and may be incomplete or out of date.
RoundAtlas distances are estimates derived from device GPS and community-maintained course geometry. Accuracy can vary with the device, terrain, trees, weather, mapping coverage, and course changes. Do not use the app for physical navigation, emergency decisions, or safety-critical purposes. Follow posted course rules, signs, boundaries, staff directions, and your own observation at all times.
Don't abuse the service: no unlawful content, no reverse engineering, no scraping or reselling access, no attempts to break or overload our systems, and no uploading content you have no right to use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
The app, its design, and its software are ours or our licensors' and are protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on your devices.
You can stop using RoundAtlas and delete your account at any time in Settings. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these terms; sections that by nature survive (your content license ending, disclaimers, liability limits) survive termination.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NextMVP Solutions LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which NextMVP Solutions LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new date. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
