Delete your Receiptique account

Account deletion is available inside every signed-in Receiptique app.

Delete in the app

1. Open Receiptique and sign into the account you want to delete.
2. Open Settings and choose Delete account.
3. Confirm the request, then open the verification link sent to your account email.

After email confirmation, your account, saved receipt records, and uploaded originals are permanently removed. This cannot be undone.

Delete individual data without deleting your account

To permanently delete one receipt without deleting your account, open the Archive, select the receipt, choose Delete receipt, and confirm. The saved receipt record and its uploaded original are removed from your account. This cannot be undone.

If you cannot open the app

Email [email protected] from the address on the account. We will help verify and complete the request.

Subscriptions

Deleting an account does not cancel a subscription managed by Apple or Google. Cancel it separately in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
